Annual Job Fair

The Central Jersey Program for the Recruitment of Diverse Educators (CJPRIDE) is hosting its annual Job Fair (virtual) from 4:30 pm to 7 pm on Thursday, March 21, 2024.  All individuals seeking employment in education are encouraged to attend. Candidates are required to pre-register for the event by visiting cjpride.com/jobfair.

CJPRIDE (Central Jersey Program for the Recruitment of Diverse Educators) is an organization of 72 NJ school districts with a mission of attracting diverse candidates to fill teaching positions in their districts. All of our districts have so much to offer. Professional educational opportunities are available and exciting things are happening in the districts that are part of the organization known as CJPRIDE.

The CJPRIDE virtual fair is an excellent opportunity for job seekers to meet with school administrators from several NJ public schools.

CJPRIDE is governed by an executive board, President Charity Comella from West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District, Vice President Dr. Jennifer Sharp of Freehold Regional School District, and Secretary Kelly Mattis of Montgomery Township School District.

In addition to hosting an annual career fair, CJPRIDE members have committed to enhancing employment opportunities in New Jersey public schools.   The group meets monthly as a full consortium and works in a committee-style format.
